Checkpoint Cymru Critical Pathways Manager
This post is responsible for the overall operational management, development, and implementation of the strategic aspects of North Wales Police’s Checkpoint Cymru programme. Providing direction and leadership to Checkpoint Cymru staff, managing the Senior Navigator and the Admin Assistant, while working with Senior Management Teams and Chief Officers to provide information and data to support the delivery and enhancement of the programme.
Ensuring contractual compliance and the efficiency of service delivery on behalf of North Wales Police and the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner, and as such are committed to educating and rehabilitating adults by way of a pro-active crime reduction/prevention programme through the diversion programme Checkpoint Cymru. The post holder will be responsible for developing and extending the existing programme, training navigators to deliver the programme and evaluating its effectiveness and impact.
Level 3 Welsh language skills are wanted for this post.
